This historic second-floor loft has 2 bedrooms, 1 full, sunny bath with a shower, and a kitchen/great room combination. There is also an adorable coffee nook/library at the top of the stairs.

Bedroom 1 - 1 King bed and a sitting area with a pull-out futon and Smart TV

Bedroom 2 - 1 full bed and Smart TV. (The washer and dryer are also in this space.)

Bath - Modern with tiled shower and skylight. Full of natural light.

Kitchen/Great Room - Stainless appliances. Dishwasher and farmhouse sink. Fully stocked with dishes. Large island with three barstools. Fireplace (not functioning) Sofa and chairs. Smart TV. Amazing view of the iconic Blue Building.

Please note: Fireplaces are not functional. They are aesthetic only.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 12 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.

Our busiest times are Fall and Spring. Rates are higher during these seasons with a 3-night minimum stay. Ask about our long-term rates for visiting nurses and relocating families.
